I had an email from a friend today wanting to know where she should report sightings of banded and collared swans from the Fraser Valley.
Anyone know of a site?

Further to this thread, my friend heard from the U.S. Wildlife Service regarding the collared swan. Turns out it is a female Tundra that was collared/banded in Bristol Bay, Alaska, on or before the Spring of 2007.
They were very appreciative and awarded her with a certificate - another incentive for us to do the same!

Murray, I wonder could it be one I reported two springs ago. Mine was also a female from 2007. Do you know the collar number?
