Waking up this morning and seeing winter back leads me to believe that we are either having an "anomoly" or --perhaps this area is not really covered in the "Global Warming Reports"?? I arrived back in Chilliwack from a trip to the east where I ran into --literally-- weather in the Montreal area, even though it was the "tail end" of a major North-Eastern US storm, it still manged to dump something like 25 cm's (Feb 14th) which was promptly blown South-East overnite! From then on, all the way back to Chilliwack, I had sunny weather, and a large number of frozen looking Robins, lots of Warbler-sized birds, with Yellow breasts (spotted)(around Toronto--picking grit on the road sides) Other than that I really had no opportunity to see much else--(forgot the camera at home!)

One of my nightmares is going out and forgetting my camera and binoculars!!! Glad you got back safely, I saw some footage of the weather over there, yikes! As to our snow, I heard that the Groundhog isnt returning phone calls. (he predicted early spring).
