Took a photo of this fellow on Feb 19th at GBHNR we think that it might be a Hutton's Vireo, do they come to Chilliwack? Is it really one? If so it could be added to the list! If not, is it a Ruby-crowned Kinglet? farm3.static.flickr.com/2419/2283367020_61c1f75b33_o.jpgRegards Bruce and Joanne

We posted it on Flickr and Guy Monty says that it is a Hutton's Vireo.

Great one guys! I think you are very right that it's a Hutton's Vireo! The first thing that caught my eye was the nice thick bill. Actually if the bill was cut off by a branch or something it might have turned into a bit of a head-scratcher with Ruby-crowned Kinglet!
Great addition for the list!

Oh, missed your question about where they occur. They're certainly not very common. Aside from Sumas Mountain, where Ive found them twice, I have never seen them in the same place twice out of the 10 records I have of them. They're certainly a species of note for the area.
