Went for a walk over to Eagle Point park this morning. We can finally cross over the grasslands again ;D The habitat around the viewing platform was absolutely alive. I saw Song Sparrows, Towhee's, lots of Black Cap Chickadee, some Black Throated Gray Warbler, a Wilson's Warbler, think I got a glimpse of at Townsends Warbler and some yellow Warblers, also a Lincoln Sparrow, but the most abundant birds were these....What are they? Are they Common Yellow throat or what? There were so many of them! My Sibleys doesn't show young Yellow Throat with this much yellow. They were small - not quite as small as a Wilson's Warbler....sort of Chickadee size. <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/Kastern/Testshots098.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>[/img] <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/Kastern/Testshots095.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>[/img] <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/Kastern/Testshots091.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>[/img] Kathy
