Cool pic! I almost ran over one with my lawn mower a few weeks ago and very glad I didn't! Pacific chorus frog I believe?

Bert, I still call them tree frogs as well despite the name being changed a few years ago.
Once in a while Ill still call an American Pipit 'Water' Pipit. Yes, I'm dating myself a bit as I have been birding long enough to remember that old common name for them. Marsh Hawk and especially Rufous-sided Towhee are two other 'old' names that come to mind.
