Hi all: Hope was quite birdy today, especially in the subdivison above Kawkawa Lake; ( Lakeview Crescent ). Here, there was a large flock of EVEING GROSBEAK, and, in the same tree, a flock of about 15 COMMON REDPOLL, as well as a few ravens, and a RED-SHAFTED FLICKER. On Suckers's Creek Trail was a NORTHERN SHRIKE, a WINTER WREN, and a GREAT BLUE HERON. Out at the airport , 6 BALD EAGELES were aloft, and, at ground level, the same DOWNY WOODPECKER in the same tree. Cheers, Thor
