I saw a Harris' Sparrow this morning north of the intersection of Fairfield and Kitchen Roads. I assume this the bird first found by Mike Toochin about a week ago. I did check, but no phoebe to report in the area.

I have been out there twice with no luck, I think I saw it the first time. The second time it was snowing hard. I left seeds for them both time hoping they would stay around.

I finally got to see and take photos of the HASP. It is going to a feeder north of the Fairfield road on Kitchen road. It is on the left hand side. Denis

Nice to see it sticking around. Nice shots Dave.
It might stay there for a fair amount of time.

Those are excellent shots Dave. They really show the size and colour of the bird.

Thanks Chris and Murray, The Harris's Sparrow does make a White-crowned Sparrow look small in the photo . Denis, I resize the pictures to medium size before I upload them to photobucket. That may be the step needed to get your photos a bit bigger.
