Just got back from a walk over to Eagle Point Park. There is a male Cinnamon Teal over there in the little pond to the right of the main bay (not the bay by the viewing platform).

Nice one Kathy!
I got lucky and saw two males and a female this morning at Cheam Lake. The males were a little bitter towards each other and one male and the female seemed to act together as a pair. A nice chance to study a female cinnamon teal as these fall teal can be a challenge. Mind you, just because a female is associating with a male doesnt make them the same species as blue-winged and cinnamon teal do hybridize like many other duck species do. I was sure this was a cinnamon though and the company she chose confirmed it!
