Purple Martins at Nicomen July 3

Of the three birds, two have paired up and are building a nest in one of the boxes today.

This is very exciting!

The birds seem to be often seen between 2:00 and 3:00. Im often in the area in the afternoons, and during this time, so far they've been seen then.

Hello birders,
I finally found some time to try for the Purple Martins again. There were three females in the vicinity of the boxes on Nicomen Slough. Two were on the wires above and one was sitting on one of the boxes. I did not manage to see the male.
