hello birders there was a nice variety of warblers on the edge of the cliff this morning, flitting about the oceanspray, saskatoon berry and willow. yellow-rumped, townsend's, wilson's, black-throated grey, oranged-crowned and 2 nashville warblers. a shout out to rick toochin for pointing out the nashville song to me 5 years ago; they have been seen and heard here every spring since. about 25 warblers in all. no vireos. the spring showers are pushing the birds down. have fun. jason ryder lake,bc
