;D Male with mixed flock of warblers about 8 YRWA and 2 OCWA at the pullout near the bottom of Elk View Rd. Ryder Lake.
Side view of bird; Saw the heavy very black stripes on side and the bright yellow breast, stomach and throat, and for a flash a white strip above its eye. The leaves in the big leaf maple hid it's face till it decided to move. I was unable to re locate him. It and the other warblers headed up the ridge and were gone.
Saw the Magnolia at about 7:45 am. April 28.
