I had the rare priviledge of being home for lunch today and discovered a Red-Breasted Sapsucker in the backyard. In addition were the multitudes of Evening Grosbeaks, Goldfinches, the odd chickadee, a downy woodpecker, jays, a winter wren, a few brown headed cowbirds and some Tree Swallows (checking out the 2 birdhouses).
Enjoy the sun
