Hi Trudi Here is my guess. Whenever I do this I invariably get something wrong but here goes;
The first one is a Pectoral Sandpiper. I can't see a clear demarcation line across the chest but the yellow legs, down turned bill with yellow base and rusty scapulars lean towards this.
The second one is the hardest for me but I will go with Vespers Sparrow. I think I can see some white on the tail edges. I wish I could see the breast.
The third is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. White eye-ring, thin beak, olive colored. Can be confused with Huttons Vireo and Orange-crowned Warbler.
Anyone else please feel free to correct me (and leave your address so I know where to find you). JUST KIDDING..

Hi Gord I contemplated Savannah too. I would think Savannah would be slightly more reddish. Although not always visible, I try to find a little yellow on the lores which I can't see here.
Pipit never entered my mind but it is a possiblility. My guides don't show an eye-ring on a Pipit although they have a pale supercillium.
I checked google maps and I can't find that address. Hard to tell the size from a photo which would help immensely.
