I was hoping someone could shed some light on a bird I saw in sept.09 We were travelling along the trans Canada and spotted it during a stop along the side of the road. I popped into a wooded area and I disturbed a bird, Jay like size and shape .Lower portion was a irredensence blue with upper half black thanks in advance Kent
