Hi Jeff
Well captured photos of both your birds. The waxwings are indeed Cedar Waxwings juveniles. The young ones have the streaking and lack brighter colours of adults.
You're bang on with the Yellow-rumped Warblers too. By this time of year, even the adults look like juveniles; much different from how they looked in the spring.
