Hi everyone,
My regular Anna's hummingbirds seem to have disappeared... They were regulars all through the really cold-snap a couple of weeks back. Almost every time I looked there was one on the feeder, but as soon as the thaw set in last week I haven't even seen one! Has anyone else noticed their hummingbirds disappearing?? Could they have moved on ?? I had at least 3 and it seems odd that the would all stop coming at the same time....

Wonder if the warm weather has anything to do with it? Apparently these guys are known to start nesting even near the end of January so perhaps with this unseasonable warm, they're really changing their habits? One would think that warm or not and given that it almost or does freeze each night that they would still appreciate what a feeder provides. www.bcbirding.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=feeding&action=display&thread=1863&page=1
