FVBEF Kathy's Korner

A number of people have asked me recently about what is going on with the 'Kathy's Korner' on the Fraser Valley Bald Eagle festival website, as there have been no postings on it since May of this year. The way the site was set up, I did up the reports and sent them and the photos to a web master and they were supposed to be posted from there. I have actually sent reports right up to and including October of this year but as you have seen, they haven't been posted.

At the moment the site is under review and is being set up as a 'blog' so that I will be able to post directly to it. This was supposed to be ready to go, but after spending a couple of futile hours last night it is obvious there are still some 'glitches', whether of a technical nature, or due to something I'm either doing or not doing , I don't know but hopefully the problems will be ironed out soon and we will be able to get it up and running they way it was initially intended....with up to the minute reports on the area.

Kathy, thanks for the update. I was also a frequent visitor and will be glad to see it up again once the bugs are worked out.

Just discovered that some time over the holidays, the new 'Kathy's Korner' has appeared on the Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival Website. I'm still having some issues with posting to it (or it is still having some issues with me and my lack of computer skills) but now that I know it is working I will be trying to keep it up to date.
