Hi Gord- Please add the Three-Toed Woodpeckers we saw at Manning Park on Oct. 11th to the list. Blue Jay update: he continues to make several appearances a day at our feeders and isn't satisfied until he empties it (he's as greedy as his Steller's Jay cousins Deb

Hello Birders
Wow! it has been a long time since I posted. There are a couple of birds that can be added to the list from the Agassiz/Harrison area that were viewed last week while I was working in the area with Denis Knopp. On Harrison Lake, along with Surf Scoters, Greater and Lesser scaups and a Common Loon; was a female Long-tailed Duck. In a large flock of gulls at the corner of Mountain View Rd and Agassiz Ave. was a 1st winter Franklin's Gull. Also, from my house there was a Cooper's Hawk seen yesterday, which is not on the list.
Thanks and Good Birding, Jason

Super sightings Jason. Was that in Harrison Hot Springs or further up the lake?

Hello Butterfly
Yes, it was at Harrison Hot Springs on the lake, just west of the lagoon.
