On my regular evening walk around the Harrison Lagoon at the boat launch end there was a juvenile GT. Bl. Heron fishing in the lagoon. On the outer dyke there was a small flock of Vesper Sparrows feeding on grass seeds. They flashed there white outer tail feathers as they dived for cover when the dog walkers came by. There were also a number of Savannah Sparrows. Janne Perrin Harrison Hot Springs

Great finds and photos. The heron sure has his eye on something!
Any estimate on how many Vesper Sparrows you saw? Good photograph on that one there!
