Photo of the month change

Hi all... just wondering. When does the picture of the month change? I've seen some great photos posted.. thx!

Hi Clarke, the intent is to 'freshen' the site every month, at the beginning of the month. Time has been a little short lately and while it bugs me greatly, I have not been able to get on it.

June has a great photo too! Perhaps this evening I will at least get that part done. In a perfect world, an article and species of the month and perhaps even a couple species account would be updated every month too.

Thanks for asking so I could share the background on the website's function.

As always, Im always eager for articles and so forth. A lot of the work is not so much putting it together and uploading it to the site, rather writing and researching an article is the time consumer. Any contributions will be most welcome!
