The first stop this morning was Blackie Spit. The usual species I see were present and also a few Least and Western Sandpipers. The Least Sandpipers were the most surprising.
Lighthouse Park in Point Roberts had a few highlights including at least three Orcas. Haven't seen one in many years. They were far out but I got good scope views. Also had about ten Porpoises, a few seals, and one Sea Lion.
Stopped in at Boundary Bay on the way home. This Heron was on a sign.
