This was a surprise. We had a Blackpoll Warbler at Cheam Lake. It was seen off the little wooden bridge just before the floating walkway. We watched it for 10 minutes but lost track of it.
We also had two Swamp Sparrows and two very tame young Snow Geese.

Some photos of the warbler. I felt fortunate to get some as at first it was just something doing call notes I wasn't sure what it was. If it was quiet, we would have been none the wiser. It did come out into the open as it fed mostly at eye level. The nicest views I've had as the other two or three I've seen before were quick views usually higher up. _0225291 by Geordie LaForge, on Flickr The white undertail coverts really stand out _0225292 by Geordie LaForge, on Flickr _0225296 by Geordie LaForge, on Flickr _0225318 by Geordie LaForge, on Flickr
