I took this photo at Matsqui Trail the other morning. I felt it was a Willow Flycatcher, but the yellow lower mandible and the eye ring could suggest a Pacific Slope. It seems to yellow for that though, but thought I would post it and see if any of you more experienced birders can let me know. Thanks for any help. Cheers, Neal Flycatcher by Neal, on Flickr

This is a Willow Flycatcher, the gray-ish white throat, alongside generally shape and size are a good field marks for Willow. Pacific-slope Flycatcher are nearly all green and yellow, with black streaks here and there with black wings as well. As for the yellow on this bird, that is just variation in species; I've seen quite a few with that yellow wash.
