The bird continues today, singing non-stop. Heard fifteen seconds after getting out of car. Singing whole time I was there

The Least Flycatcher continues at same location. And as Bentley stated, calling non stop and heard immediately. Nice one, Jon!

Still there every time I pass. Might not be singing quite as much as earlier though. Hope he has a mate and is nesting.

The Least Flycatcher was heard early this morning at the same location, a pair of Mourning Doves were in that area as well. A sign and blockade at Cartmel and Young St says the road is closed except for local traffic. Use discretion….. several trucks pulling fishing boats drove through towards the boat launch?

The bird was still calling this morning.
I didn't see any indication of a closed road.
The mosquitos are terrible though. And the park is too flooded to traverse -- even for boots (at least the equestrian area where I like to walk). Waders or a canoe recommended 😉

Picked it up as well today but hes not singing as much. The Mourning Dove pair has been there a fair bit lately. Possible breeding? I came across a young Mourning Dove up Columbia Valley recently. _0223337 by Geordie LaForge, on Flickr

I paused this morning at its usual spot and it was singing a few times. Nice one for August.
The local animal rescue sent me some photos of a Red-necked Phalarope that was rescued from Harrison Lake today so they're passing through now too.
