Hi, my name is Terri and I am new to this forum as a result of meeting Gord out at Cheam Lake Wetlands yesterday (thanks Gord!). Although I've always enjoyed watching birds at my feeders, I'm fairly new to getting more serious about it.
It has been wonderful learning more about the birds and seeing different species. I've been blessed with seeing quite a few different kinds of birds in my yard this year...whether they've always come around and I've never been in the right place at the right time, I honestly don't know. This one was a real treat for me as not only did I see it, but I had my camera at hand!
I hope for an opportunity to meet up with some of you at some point.
