A Northern Waterthrush and a Sora were observed and extensively photographed in the backwater lake of Cheam Wetlands. Also a Black-throated Gray Warbler, Warbling Vireo and some nice shots of the Green Heron. Unfortunately this forum doesn't allow my pictures to be uploaded as it keeps saying "error true" to all of them.

The issue is that the forum has a limited space which isn't enough.
There are 2 main options: 1. Use a photo hosting site like Flickr 2. (Easy option) put a link to the eBird checklist (if you use eBird)

The (or another) Waterthrush was seen by multiple people today at the pond on the loop trail.
I saw it near the walkway if you take a left at the loop trail split. It sat on the railing for me, but I didn't have a camera so don't have a photo...

I saw the waterthrush this morning in the Beaver Pond off the Loop Trail. It was feeding on the exposed pond weed not far from the young Sora. The waterthrush didn’t stay long and went into the shrubs.
Redheads continue for the third day but no white-front geese. A Green Heron was at the start of the Loop Trail and a quite a few Warbling Vireos enjoying the red-osier dogwood berries. Raptor migration is on with two Northern Harriers flying over fairly high.
A beautiful morning.
