I think Sharp-shinned. Looks angry, and had a dark cap.

I was thinking it was a sharpie with that little head and skinny legs, but I wasn’t sure enough to say anything!

Great photo Dave! Aside from the head and eye appearance, the other thing that gives it away is the fact that all the tail feathers are the same length.
