Alaska mysteries

Hiya... I'm just sorting through my pics and I've found a couple of mysteries.  I thought maybe someone here might be able to tell what they are?  This was off a cruise ship in the middle of nowhere up towards Alaska a few years ago.  It could possibly be 2 different birds as per how I labelled them at the time.  Thanks!
