Hello Everyone, Yesterday, while eating breakfast my out of town father spotted a male and female Ring-necked Pheasant eating under my bird feeder. This morning it came back again. It may have been coming for a bit but haven't noticed. I see that it is already a bird alert for this month. I am looking at the corn field beside Highroad Academy. Enjoy!

Great feeder bird!
I remember when those guys were much more common, likely because more were being raised and released for hunting and that there was more suitable habitat for them as well.
Im sure there are a few areas where they self sustain. From the picture, it looks like a wild bird and not one that's been in a cage recently (tail looks long and undamaged!)
