Hi everyone. I have found out how to make the forum display the proper time for the messages posted.
To do this, you have to click on 'profile' (top of this page) to get to your account details. Then click on 'Modify Profile'. Once in the modify profile area scroll down until you see the area for displaying date and time. Click on 'currently observing DST' to make the site reflect that you're observing daylight savings time.

I should also mention that, for some reason, daylight savings time does not apply to guests. They can only see Pacific Time. Members will have to sign in if they want to see the time, and our welcome guests will have to sign up (oh, what a shameless scam to encourage membership! hehe) or wait for the fall before the time will be correct again.
