Spotted this morning and for the past 2 years... Wetlander's Shite-hawk. A subspecies of G.W. Gull Hybrids that appears to be a rarity, until a more experienced birder sees it. Their range is about 1 square mile, with me in the centre. ;D

Hehe, apparently my wife was going through the birdbook to find a bird that 'she is looking at on our feeders' while I was away.
She couldnt be sure about something believable so dropped the idea but did think she remembered me talking about Brambling at one time. Im proud of the species the non-birder considered over something like an Yellow-breasted Chat or something.
