At Annis Rd from the highway I saw at least two Wilson's Phalaropes and I am pretty sure there were three in total.
I had to get going but there were at least 50 Long-billed Dowitchers, a few Dunlin and one Blue-winged Teal.

I went back there in the afternoon. The lighting was better. I saw one Red-necked and one Wilson's Phalaropes. I counted 53 Long-billed Dowitchers. Seemed to be less than the morning. Wish I counted them on my first stop.
Definitely a location worth checking out in the next few days. One of the few fields that has water in it.

Good stuff, Chris. I noted Red-necked and Wilson's just before 11:00. Great number of Long-billed Dowitchers. So predictable that this happens when the weather changes. The days before that I checked on that pond during the warm spell it was usually fairly quiet.

Where did you park? On the freeway?

Dave, the first time I parked just off of the on ramp. There is quite a bit of room. The second time I parked in a little pull out on the on ramp and then walked along the highway and scoped out the field on the side of the road.
