Been a bit hectic of late, so not able to share what Ive seen of late. Last week at Island 22 was an Orange-crowned Warbler hanging around near some juncos. While sort of old news now, there was a notable increase in Trumpeter Swans. I also saw the first juveniles Ive seen for the fall. Several flocks flew over fairly high. All were going west. Possibly heading to Sumas Prairie. I also heard a Horned Lark flying over. I was actually able to spot it too as it passed by! ;D

Nice find, Gord! It was a winter Orange-crowned that really got me into birding. And nice find on that osprey!
