Out by the Marinas, a female Red-breasted Merganser. Lagoon quiet today at lunch, just a few C. Geese, Am. Widgeons, Am. Coots. Out on the lake, lots of Buffleheads, Scaups, Goldeneyes and Coots with a female C. Merganser. I did spot the C. Loon, Red-necked & Horned Grebe and the Long-tailed Duck continues (seen from the spit around the lagoon). As I was heading in, I spotted a brownish juvie N. Shrike cruising around the lagoon. That's the fourth shrike I've seen this Fall.

Super group of ducks! You certainly can find those Shrikes. Good work!

Another great find Kevin and another reason why I have to get out there in the next few days. I am glad that the Long-tailed Duck is still there. I think he's waiting for me.
