Hi Here are a few backyard photos of this year's progeny. The sapsucker was particularly entertaining as he followed the backyard birds from feeder to feeder, not quite sure if these were meant for him. The hybrid flicker introduced his two fledglings just the other day, and there are signs of a red crescent shape developing at the nape of the neck. The nuthatches are fearless and have taken over the peanut feeder. The Hairy offspring is this year's juvenile delinquent. And Redtop (aka Downy) was an early arrival as the others were a little delayed this year. Also, included is a pic of a flightless bird of some kind? Deb

Always enjoy hearing about all your young birds you get. I see this year was a good (but late) one again!
That squirrel knows where to go next time it rains!
