It had been a few weeks since I'd had a chance to walk around my place but I managed to get out for about an hour this morning. It was quite active with 32 species counted. Highlights included:
- Singing White-throated Sparrow - Bufflehead hanging around - Cooper's Hawk - Pileated Woodpecker - A handful of Yellow-rumped Warblers singing - At least 6 Ruby-crowned Kinglets - And a Mallard x Pintail hybrid, which was a cool looking bird with the brief view I had of it.
Additionally the eagle nest at my place is active again for the 4th year in a row.
I still have not had Orange-crowned Warblers or Common Yellowthroats, the latter of which breeds here. Many more good birds still to come in the upcoming weeks!!

That hybrid duck is a great addition to the yard. The song of a White-throated Sparrow is a real treat too.
