Onejay: My goodness, your photo looks like a Robert Bateman painting- well done. I would be interested to know what kind of camera equipment you are using. My wife would kill me if she knew I was even asking this question because she thinks I will do something stupid like buy another camera, but it's always interesting to know what photographers are using. Howdy tmanson and Gord, Thank you for the compliments... Even though I hate to have your demise on my conscience here goes... Pentax K10D... A 30-year-old lens that isn't very long, (70-210mm) but gives me wonderful results on this camera... Last but not least, Manfrotto tripod, 190XPROB with a Manfrotto ballhead, 486RC2 There you have it...Nothing too spectacular price wise...not compared to Canon and Nikon anyway...(Be sure to tell your wives that!! ) Onejay

I really like how you did the frame on this. It really sets of the photo well. I like photos that show the environment of the birds...I don't do enough of that in my shots (sometimes having a bigger zoom lens is not a good thing)
