Hi Jeff- Nicely done! Easily my favourite species of bird. We really got to know them when we were building our house and were able to hand feed successive generations of Hairies for 10 years until the line was broken...

Nice work, Jeff! I too had a problem with the CGI script on this website as well for submitting bird sightings. Good to see your skills with a website...I might hound you in the future!

Thanks for the encouraging words, either through the discussion forum or the personal messaging system! I really appreciate it. I'm not sure if I'll maintain it right now...what with school and all, but it shouldn't be as much work as creating it. What I'd like to do next with this if I keep it up is to make the form work the way it's supposed to, and make it so that a Google search for "woodpeckers of the world" would turn it up. I may possibly look into getting my own domain name, but as far as I know that costs money ...anyway, thanks again. --Jeff
