Cottontail Rabbit, Mesa Verde, CO Mule Deer, Mesa Verde Elk, Grand Canyon NP Plateau Lizard, Grand Canyon NP Short-horned Lizard which was slightly larger than a loonie Cliff Chipmunk, North Rim Grand Canyon NP Rock Squirrel, there were numerous signs warning not to feed these squirrels as they carry Plague Fleas! and a coyote, Grand Canyon And unfortunately we couldn't get a decent photo of the Pronghorn antelopes, bison, nor the Abert's Squirrel (tassel-eared squirrel) with its distinctive white tail and belly that are unique to the Grand Canyon South Rim whereas the Kaibab Squirrel lives on the North Rim of the Canyon.
