Vireo?

Would someone please confirm the ID of this bird? I took the picture at Tunkwa Lake. I think it is a Warbling Vireo. Am I right? Lately I am doubting myself. I've been following the Cassin's Vireo debate in West Van and wonder why, if they are so common, I've never seen one - or have I seen one but not known it? Also everyone seems to see Hutton's Vireo, yet I've never seen one. Everytime I think it might be one it turns out to be a Ruby-crowned Kinglet so I'm beginning to wonder. You are right, it is a warbling vireo. White line over the eye, and then basically drab.
Cassin's vireo is one Im lucky to get a couple times a year. I finally found my first Hutton's vireo about 6 years ago, and since then, have seen maybe 5 or 6 individuals. Not a common bird, although they seem to be a reliable find at Campbell Valley Park in Langley and at Point Roberts.
Good work on the warbling vireo. Listen for their song. It is similar to the purple finch.
