Just wondering if anyone knows of any good locations in the Valley to see salmon spawning? I know that Weaver Creek is a great spot.

Kestrel, I think that Weaver Creek is probably the best place in the valley for pure numbers of fish. Those fish are primarily sockeye with a few other species in the mix. Other good place are the actual hatcheries themselves such as the one up along the Chilliwack River and the Chehalis river on the way to Weaver Creek. Another would be the Inch creek hatchery near Dewdney. These hatcheries have public viewing areas and have sections where the coho and chum salmon are allowed to spawn naturally. These fish get used to being viewed and behave very naturally. Other than that you'll have to do what I do and get a pair of chest waders and a fly rod and get right into the river where they sometimes almost mow you down!
