Today at 3pm my wife came into the house saying a Bobcat came near her while she was doing some gardening near our house. She said it came out of some blackberry bushes, stood and looked at her (dinner?). Dots yelled at it and it went back in the bush. At 4pm Dots comes in and says the bobcat had just walked up the street in front of our house and was walking between our house and the neighbour. I grabbed the camera and took these shots of it walking down the hill behind our house. Healthy looking animal! Good detail of the ears on the second photo. Did you talk nicely to it for the final pose?

Thanks all. Dave we were on our deck and were calling for him to turn around. Dots said it was her making cat meows that did the trick. He was not worried as my last shot shows... Bobcat 6 Chilliwack May 15-13 by Peppar Photos, on Flickr DaveP

Fantastic series! We have a bobcat pair (we believe) that visits our townhouse complex from time to time.
