Hi It was a great trip and I can't estimate how many pictures I took but we are home. The final installment on the blog is here: lenanddiansadventures.blogspot.ca/I wonder how many of you photographers are aware of the Abbotsford Camera Club seminar which has been running for 35 years. You still have time to enter some of your best shots in the photo competition until Aug. 30. This is a very good seminar which I have attended for the last 2 years. Check it out here: www.apac.bc.ca/Seminar%202012/Seminar%20Home%202012.htmlNow back to normal life...

Len, fantastic photos! Those sunsets are awesome. Loved following along on your blog and, once again, am inspired to do something similar one day.
And is the mystery warbler a female Magnolia Warbler? I cant seem to post a comment on your blog.

Thanks for the comments Gord. Yes, it is a Maggie. Interestingly, in the spring, they seem to migrate through the Dawson Creek area to Chetwynd and Mackenzie where they are banded before they are seen in areas further south. No use going over the mountains when you can go around them I guess.

Welcome home Len and Dianne. Really enjoyed your blog and the excellent photography. That was quite the trip. Thanks Murray. It was nice not to have to rush from one location to the next. It gave us a chance to explore areas although I think 10 days in Yellowknife is sufficient

Welcome home Len and Diane. You have given us all such inspiration! So many fabulous photos, not just of the birds but the other wildlife and scenics. I imagine the sorting will keep you busy for many rainy days to come. When is the coffee table book coming out?

I imagine the sorting will keep you busy for many rainy days to come. You are right Ken. I have narrowed it down to 475 pictures which I have to sort and put on my website. I am waiting for those rainy days....Thanks
