Hi I have been meaning to share this photo. Occasionally Trillium ovatum can produce a Quadrillium with four leaves, four sepals, and four petals. This year we have two quadrilliums but generally they revert back to being Trilliums the following year- wonder if they are lucky charms? Thought I'd include this pic of a Red Huckleberry-many blooms this year and no shortage of pollinators. Deb

Beautiful! I think Ive only ever seen one of them. I did not know that they can go back and forth between four and three either. Interesting! Nice picture and thanks for sharing. (looks like some tasty huckleberries are in the works there! )
