Great find, watchmen! I went out there as soon as you shared the news, but 30 minutes of searching before dark yielded nothing.

Good Eyes Watchmen!!! Was able to stop on the way to abbotsford this afternoon and spotted all 3 at 12:30pm. Two years in a row for "Curlew Farms".

That's a fantastic sighting. I am glad other people are seeing them. I believe that is the most seen in our checklist in one area. I might check tomorrow.

I just came back from Banford road and I did see one Curlew. He is quite far out there but one could see it with binoculars but a scope would be better. I first saw it with my binoculars. I scanned the field with a scope but I didn't see anything else. It was flying and where he landed there is a small hill so they could have been down there.
Great pictures Gord. The beaks on them are incredible.
