Today three singing male Least Flycatchers were confirmed at Cheam Lake. At least one has a female and they were entertaining as they flitted about. Fairly aggressive birds at times as they went after a Wood-Pewee once with vigor.
By far the most Ive seen this side of the Cascades if all three turn out to be breeding pairs.

This morning, there were four Least Flycatchers going "Che-BEK!" on the Loop Trail. Wonder how many more are going to show up?!?
