Hello birders,
I saw a Peregrine Falcon on Nicomen Island yesterday. Could be a nest on Sumas Mountain again.

I did some canoeing with my Dad at Grant Narrows Regional Park yesterday. There were about 5 Band-tailed Pigeons :Don the forest trail by the little food shop. There was also a Black-throated Gray Warbler on the trail to Widgeon Falls.

Jeff, good additions to the list. Sadly those, and the Vesper Sparrow, are just west of our checklist area. I know the boundary is a little difficult to discern and I have intended to provide a better map that shows this region in more detail. However, you reminded me of species I have seen this month but were not on the list so all is good!
Great birdy area you guys were in. I used to enjoy birding that location years ago.

Hey Brent, nice spotting on the Peregrine, we also saw one at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve today.
