A quick report before we head out. Went for a quick look to see if I could get a picture of the Wilson's Warbler this afternoon. It was not raining but fairly windy and chilly. The little guy and I found about the same composition of birds as yesterday minus the Bushtits, one of the Orange-crowned Warblers and the main attraction, the Wilson's Warbler. There were still five Yellow-rumped Warblers and one Orange-crowned that I only got a glance at. The rest could be there or in the area but the little guy was cold and we did not have much time anyway. The area is at the big Pentax camera sign. I was not far off, the next sign is a Telus sign. I hoped for enough time to look at the Slaty-backed Gull again but no luck. I think Len's probably right that the place is closed. Im not sure what that means for the gulls or if they can still be seen from the road or if things are closed up when not in operation.
