The last few days in the province were spent picking up some last targets that we had missed at Pelee. Rondeau Provincial Park seemed to have the best birding of the whole trip, with such lifers (for me) as Orchard oriole, Red-headed woodpecker, and Eastern whip-poor-will. Getting an Orchard oriole right in our campsite was a fantastic surprise: Orchard oriole by Joel Schmidt, on Flickr Also had an unusually-cooperative American redstart along one trail: American redstart by Joel Schmidt, on Flickr My first satisfying view of an Indigo bunting: Indigo bunting by Joel Schmidt, on Flickr The trip report: ebird.org/tripreport/48561/79898Overall, it was a phenomenal time! Definitely want to go there again .

Looks like an amazing trip! 14 or so of those would be lifers for me too! Someday I'll have to get out there!
