Yesterday I had 3 Western Wood-Pewee in the yard. They hunted the weedy back yard (lawn) from mid morning to mid afternoon. They were using the 8 foot garden stakes in the veggie garden as hunting perches. At least 1 of the adults was taking food to a juvenile in a large conifer.
As I was watching the WWP a Black-throated Gray Warbler joined us for a while.
